This fall’s final installment of “The Twilight Saga” will leave fans feeling bitter-sweet. While excitement bubbles with the anticipation of seeing “Breaking Dawn – Part 2″ finally grace the big screen, it wavers a bit with the realization that the cast has put away their golden contacts for good. When MTV News caught up with Kristen Stewart, she told us what her last moments on set were like after filming “Breaking Dawn” reshoots.

Keeping true to KStew’s honest nature, it wasn’t filled with teary-eyed goodbyes or a final empowering line from the script. Instead, she injured herself. “The very last thing I did was step on a rusty nail,” she said, “before a big promotional tour, running barefoot through fake woods.”

That’s pretty typical Stewart behavior if you ask us.

“I know! It was literally perfect,” she continued. “I was like, ‘I need to do this on a ‘Twilight’ set before I had to go wear heels in front of the entire world and have people go, ‘She’s just ridiculous with the heel situation.’ It’s like, ‘No, I promise you I actually hurt myself again!’ “

MTV announced today the first string line-up of presenters for the 2012 MTV Movie Awards, airing live June 3 at 9 p.m. ET. Kristen Stewart and her Snow White and the Huntsman costars Chris Hemsworth and Charlize Theron will hand out the Golden Popcorn. Joining them, The Amazing Spider-Man‘s Emma Stone and Andrew Garfield, Prometheus star Michael Fassbender, and Ted‘s Mila Kunis and Mark Wahlberg.

In two new stills from “The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 2″ (aka “The Longest Movie Name Ever”), fans get a clear look at vampire Bella (Kristen Stewart), whose alabaster skin and red-tinged eyes match those of husband Edward (Robert Pattinson).

What has them so concerned? We’ll find out in August when the final installment in “The Twilight Saga” hits theaters.

Also showing concern is Jacob (Taylor Lautner) whose steely stare probably melted the camera — and possibly the photographer — when it was taken.

“Twilight” fans are counting down to the Nov. 14, 2012 release date of “Breaking Dawn: Part 2″ (213 days, but you probably already knew that). Things are pretty much wrapped up on the shoot, but before they start all the post production work, they crew is going back to “Forks, WA” one more time.

In open letter Bill Condon posted on Facebook, the director explains that they need to do a few last things, but they’ll soon be done.

Condon also teases that there will soon be a new preview for fans. He writes, “I’m excited to report that before too long we’ll have another trailer for you to decode.”

Bella is back!

After spending half of Breaking Dawn wasting away due to a very complicated pregnancy, Bella Swan (Kristin Stewart) has crossed over to immortality.

In the newly released trailer for Breaking Dawn: Part 2, Bella is now a vampire. “After 18 years of being utterly ordinary,” she says, “I finally found that I can shine.”

Complete with red eyes and pale skin, the transformed Bella is seen caressing her love Edward (Robert Pattinson) as he tells her, “[You're] so beautiful. We’re the same temperature now.”

The short clip ends with a frightening shot of Bella stalking a deer in the woods. There will no doubt be more action for the vampires – and werewolves – in Breaking Dawn: Part 2, which hits theaters on Nov. 16.

This isn’t actually THE “Breaking Dawn Part 2″ trailer. It’s a teaser for the trailer of the “Twilight Saga’s” final installment, which will make its full debut in theaters on March 23 ahead of the first screenings of “The Hunger Games.”

There’s something missing, though: An actual shot of Bella (Kristen Stewart) as a vampire, which is the thing that everyone has been waiting to see. Instead, we get what’s meant to be a tantalizing peek at the reaction of Edward (Robert Pattinson) and Jacob (Taylor Lautner) to the new Bella.

“I didn’t expect you to be so you,” says Jacob.

And we didn’t expect the clip — just 13 seconds — to be so short. Luckily, a leaked Target in-store trailer gave us our first glimpse of vampire Bella earlier this month.

The management firm has also signed Lucy Alibar, co-writer of Sundance Film Festival hit “Beasts of The Southern Wild.”

Director Catherine Hardwicke has signed with Manage-ment, the Westwood-based management firm.

Hardwicke directed the first film in the Twilight series, which opened in November 2008 and went on to gross $393 million worldwide. It opened to $70 million in the U.S., the biggest opening ever for a female director.

Her other credits include Thirteen (2003), Lords of Dogtown (2005), The Nativity Story (2006) and Red Riding Hood (2011).

THR reported in February that Hardwicke is slated to direct Plush, an erotic thriller set in the Los Angeles music world. Hardwicke co-wrote the script for the project, which would star Evan Rachel Wood, whom Hardwicke directed in Thirteen. That film was controversial for its portrayal of teenage drug use and garnered for Hardwicke an Independent Spirit Award nomination for best first feature.

The director continues to be represented by CAA and Sloane Offer Weber & Dern.

Manage-ment has also signed Lucy Alibar, co-writer of the Sundance Film Festival hit Beasts of The Southern Wild. The film won the festival’s narrative grand jury prize in January. Alibar co-wrote the film with director Benh Zeitlin, adapting it from Alibar’s play, Juicy And Delicious. Beasts will be released by Fox Searchlight in theaters June 29.

Alibar continues to be represented by Gersh.
